Today marks a day of remembrance in the States of all of those in the military who have sacrificed their lives for freedom. A tradition since the end of the Civil war.
In recent years their numbers grow daily.
When tragedy strikes and civilians lose their lives in any circumstance, it seems appropriate to remember them on this day as well.
Honoring the memory of each individual means living the most honorable, love-filled life one possibly can, expressing gratitude for each day as it unfolds . . . .

- As you have already gathered, my name is Judy, and even though my last name is Price, as a divorced woman, I am 'Price-less'. . . There have been several losses in my life of various kinds, some through death, and others not. The grief for all is similar. Humour is the remedy and balance. My poetry is based on personal emotion and experience. I have found the lyrical rhythm of concise word use to be a brief and cathartic release. Due to 'intellectual property rights' concerns, I am not publishing my poetry here. This blog is a forum for me to express myself and to share my writing on-line. My hope is that it will entertain and resonate with others who can relate to my own personal journey.
